Have we missed your favourite place? This is based on article originally posted by Greater Manchester News and Culture.
Rudy's
An obvious choice but its popular for a reason. Everyone loves pizza and their pizza is incredible.Take a look at this video which explores Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza in more detail.
Fish Hut
Looking for a spot of lunch? The Fish Hit does a great variety of classic chippy meals and also sells a cracking pizza. Competition for Rudy's?
Greggs
Granted it feels like there's thousands of them but who doesn't love the occasional Gregg's? They even do a decent vegan range. Channel Five looked at how Greggs conquered the British High Street.
Wok to Work
Located on Deansgate, Wok to Work has becoming increasingly popular over the last few years for those looking for a decent lunch. On their website, it states: "Make your own Asian recipe and we cook it your way with the freshest ingredients."
Wolf Streetfood
More pizza? Yes but Wolf also offers a great variety of pasta dishes and wraps. Well worth a visit. They say: "Uncompromisingly delicious and bursting with flavour, WOLF means exciting Italian street food created fresh, in-house, your way. We believe in healthy, tasty, hunger-banishing food, we believe that every mouthful counts, we believe that ingredients really matter."
This and That
Three curries and rice for a fiver? An absolute bargain and it has maintained its popularity over the years. This interesting video below takes a look at the history of This and That.
Habeesha
This Ethiopian restaurant offers something very different. For something unique and tasty, this is definitely worth a visit. One Twitter user said: "Just enjoyed another fabulous meal at #Habeesha Ethiopian restaurant in Manchester. Delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommend."
Arndale Food Market
The Arndale Food Market contains a great deal of belting food options to suit all tastes and appetites. Our personal favourite is Wing's but people also love Pancho's Burritos and Viet Shack.
